Frederich (Freddy) Uptmor, 78, of Bellmead passed away Thursday, May 13, 2004, at a local hospital. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 15, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Timothy Vaverek officiating. Burial will follow at St. Martin Cemetery in Tours. Rosary was at 6:30 p.m. Friday, May 14 at Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel. Freddy retired from General Tire and Rubber Plant after 44 years of service. Survivors include wife, Helen Uptmor; daughters Judy Barak of Waco and Sarah Muzzone and husband Anthony of Horseshoebay; sons, Mark and Carl Uptmor of Waco; sisters, Dorothy Berger of Tours, Bernice Pustejovsky of West, Herrietta Dulock of Tours and Shirley Geisler of Tyler; grandson, Keith Barak and wife Tania of McGregor; great-grandchildren, Skye & Kameryn Barak.
