Robert Randall "Randy" Carter, 48, died Tuesday, May 25, 2004, at a Weatherford hospital. Robert Randall "Randy" Carter was born Aug. 16, 1955, in Weatherford to Sam and Teno Carter. He was a 1973 graduate of Weatherford High School and an Eagle Scout. Randy received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Texas Christian University. He graduated summa cum laude and was a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity. Randy was the fourth-generation owner of Carter Ivy Hardware Store, which celebrated its 102nd anniversary.
