Bio
Mrs. Gertrude Martha Lanik 56,of 8322 Hansen St., died Saturday. She was born in Valparaiso, Neb., and had lived in this community since 1944. Surviving are the widower Anton Lanik. Two sons James Lanik of Wyoming and Edward Lanik of Riveria,five daughters,Mrs. Martha Zuerlein of Downey, Mrs. Mary Jane Day, Mrs. Joanne Poole of Bellflower, Mrs. Ruth Kavorka and Mrs. Clara McDonald of Wyoming and 14 grandchildren. Holy rosary will be recited tonight at 7:15 o'clock in Thomas L. Miller Co. Chapel. Mass of requiem will be offered at 9:30 a. m. in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Interment will be in All Souls Cemetery, Long Beach.
