Survived by daughters, Janice (Dick) Zappa and Carol; 4 grandchildren, Lisa (Tim) Sager, Tom, Laurie (Jon) Seebach, and Tina; great-grandchildren, Chris & Amanda; brother, Edward (Florence); and long time special companion, Gertie Zroker.
