Shirley A. Clancy, 72, of Pine Bluffs, WY, died at her home in Pine Bluffs on Tuesday, May 19, 2009. Graveside services were held on Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at the Kimball Cemetery with Reverend Roger Gillming officiating. There was no visitation. Shirley Ann Clancy was born in Kimball on October 4, 1936, the daughter of Frank and Mae (Stecks) Arnold. She lived on a farm south east of Albin and she attended elementary school in Albin and then attended St. Patrick's High School in Sidney. Later in life she moved to Texas. Shirley was a very giving person and enjoyed working with homeless people. Survivors include her sisters Ilene (Leonard) Reher of Pine Bluffs, Wyo and Delores Graham of Cathedral City, Calif; brother Eugene (Elsie) Arnold of Carlisle, PA; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
