Bio

Cecelia Agnes Bornhold, 92, of Elberta, died Thursday, March 5, 2009. She was a member of St. Bartholomew's Catholic Church in Elberta. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Bornhold, and an infant son. Survivors include a daughter, Marilyn Strauss of Albuquerque, N.M., son, Edward (Jeanette) Bornholt of Elberta; four grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren. Rosary, followed by Mass of Christian Burial was held Monday, March 9 at St. Bartholomew's Catholic Church with the Rev. Howard Moussier, O.S.B., officiating. Interment followed at the Prince of Peach Catholic Cemetery. The family requests memorial donations be made to St. Bartholomew's Catholic Church, St. Benedict's Catholic School or to the charity of your choice. Arrangements are by Cason Funeral Service, Foley.
