BOONE Mr. Huey Bertsil Boothe, Sr.—Died Sunday, June 10, 1984, in a local hospital. A lifelong resident of Fairhope and is survived by his wife, Mrs. Marie Hanson Booth of Fairhope; a son, Huey B. Boothe, Jr. of Robertsdale; three daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth B. Vanta of Valpariso, Florida, Mrs. Melinda B. Treubig of RAF Alconbury, U.K. and Mrs. Cynthia B. Darnell of Fort Walton Beach; two brothers, Charley Boothe of Fairhope, and Lionel Boothe of Old town, Florida; two sisters, Mrs. Rena Cox of Fairhope and Mrs. Ann Dean of Montgomery; six grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 13, 1984, at the Bayview chapel with Dr. Emory Green officiating. Interment will be in Fairhope Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to either: BPO Elks Bldg. Fund, Fairhope Lodge #1879, or the Alabama Elks Foundation, Inc., Rehabilitation Center, or Thomas Hospital Trust Fund. Arrangements are by Bayview Funeral Home Fairhope Chapel. Darnell, Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; two brothers, Charley Boothe, Fairhope, and Lionel Boothe, Old Town, Fla.; two sisters, Rene Cox, Fairhope, and Ann Dean, Montgomery; and six grandchildren.
