Bio

Dale S. Miller, 63, of Fort Collins, died Friday, Dec. 15, 2000, at Poudre Valley Hospital. He was born June 2, 1937, in Kersey to Walter and Violet (Sheppard) Miller. He graduated from high school in Ault. He married Nancy A. Urbom on June 7, 1958, in Loveland. He farmed for a few years in the Timnath area, then operated a home improvement business in Loveland. He was president of D&N Cleaning and Janitorial Inc. in Fort Collins for 22 years. He owned the Fina gas station on East Mulberry for eight years. He lived in Fort Collins for 40 years. Mr. Miller was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He played football while in the Army and later was a coach for JAA football in Timnath. He enjoyed fishing, camping, gardening and going to Black Hawk. Survivors include his wife; a son; two daughters; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Phyllis Lawrence. Allnutt Funeral Service
