OBITUARY : MRS. THERESA M. "TESS" DOMKE, 67, of 14143 Gardner Ave., was pronounced dead at her home at 11:35 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 21, by Franklin County Deputy Coroner Kenneth L. Peiffer, Jr. Peiffer attributed death to suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning. She was born Dec. 26, 1918 in Columbus, Neb., a daughter of the late Thomas S. and Ann M. (Pedersen) Cockson . She had lived in the Waynesboro area for the last 26 years. Mrs. Domke was a member of the Waynesboro Hospital Auxiliary, the National AARP and local Chapter 739 of the AARP, Waynesboro. She is survived by her husband, Frank F. Domke , a daughter Mrs. Susan Kaufman, Los Angeles, Calif., a son, Thomas R. Domke, Elk Grove Village, Ill., one sister, Mrs. Adeline Crow, Lincoln, Neb., and six grandchildren. It was her request that her body be cremated. However, the family will receive friends at the Snyder Funeral Home on Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.
