Bio

Dalhart, Tx.-June Livingston, age 90, died Dec. 6, 2011 at Coon Memorial Hospital, Dalhart, Tx. She was born July 2, 1921 at Haviland, Ks., the daughter of Joseph and Winnie D. (Lyle) Kanton. She married Francis Haile. He preceded her in death. She then married Russell Livingston. He preceded her in death. She was a member of the Haviland United Methodist Church, Order of the Eastern Star and the Farmerettes. Survivors include daughters, Phyllis and Stephen Cleavinger of Dalhart, TX and Ann Allison of Langdon, KS., two grandchildren, one great-grandchild, one great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and her little dog Foxy. She was preceded in death by her brother Joe Kanton. Visitation will be held at Larrison Mortuary on Friday, Dec. 9, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. with family present from 6 p.m.-7:30 p.m. and on Sat., Dec. 10 from 9 a.m. until service time. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. on Sat. Dec. 10 at Larrison Mortuary, Pratt with Reverand Fred Pinkerton presiding. Burial will be in the Haviland Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Loreto On The Plains, Hartley, Tx. in care of Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt. Condolences may be left at www.larrisonmortuary.com.
