Funeral services for Richard R. Raley, 69, of Godley , Texas will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 30, 2009, at Eastern Heights Church with Pastor Steven McCoy officiating; assisted by Pastor Kody Hughes and Pastor Deke Silverman. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery . The family will receive visitors from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 29, 2009 at Rosser Funeral Home. Serving as pallbearers will be Todd Raley, Troy Raley, Shaun Raley, Kevin Rupe, and Luiz Oliveira. Mr. Raley passed away on May 27, 2009 in Cleburne , Texas . He was born in Houston , Texas on June 13, 1939, the son of Vonia ( Chandler ) and Roy Randall Raley. He married the former Gail Wisecup on May 28, 1960 in Parkville , MO. Richard was Regional Administrator for the General Services Administration and was a member of Eastern Heights Church . He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Wayne Raley. Richard R. Raley is survived by his wife, Gail Raley of Godley; sons, Richard Todd Raley and wife, Cindy, of Grandview, Troy Lee Raley and wife, Tammy, of Denton, and Shaun Tomas Raley and wife, Patricia, of Cleburne; daughter, Marta Gail Oliveira and husband, Luiz, of Godley; sister, Billie Ruth Wright of W. Palm Beach, FL; and 12 grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Eastern Heights Building Fund, 1315 Hwy 4, Cleburne , TX 76033.
