THOMPSON, Perry H. -- August 20, 1914 - Mr. Perry H. Thompson, one of the best known citizens of Farmington township, died at his residence near Scotch Hill, Pa., Sunday, August 9, 1914, as announced in last week's Democrat. The deceased was born in the same place on March 2, 1853 and was thus aged 61 years, 5 months and 7 days. Mr. Thompson was married in 1879 to Miss Maggie J. Reynolds, of Reynoldsville. She died March 14, 1903. He was married a second time in 1912 to Miss Alda A. Kifer of Scotch Hill. He leaves his wife and three sons, Walter W. and Charles C. of Corsica, Ralph H. at home, and one daughter, Miss Blanche of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by four sisters and two brothers namely, Mrs. S. G. Beatty, Kane; Mrs. M. B. Spencer, Brownsville, Pa.; Mrs. G. W. Kerr, Kellettville; Mr. J. Collett and Messrs P.H. and S.
