TURNER FUNERAL TO BE HELD MONDAY DALLAS, Aug. 29 (AP) - Funeral services for Dr. John Shade Turner, 70, medical director of the Southland Life Insurance Company, who died of a heart attack this morning at his Summer home in the Ozark Mountains near Fayetteville, Ar., will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at his home here. Burial will be at Granbury. Dr. Turner was president of the State Medical Association in 1912-13 and was a member of the Board of Trustees for twenty years, resigning in 1933.
