Sylvia Cooper Bell May 16, 1924 - July 18, 2015 Sylvia Cooper Bell, age 91, a native and lifelong resident of Rosinton, AL passed away Saturday, July 18, 2015. Mrs. Bell was very active in the Rosinton United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women and The Ambassadors. She loved to fish, was an avid reader, enjoyed gardening, bird watching and other nature activities; but most of all spending time with family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ted Wesley and Ada Mae Dyess Cooper, husband, William E. “Bill” Bell, two sons, William E. “Billy” Bell, III and Michael S. Bell; sister, Velma Trawick; two brothers, Teddy Cooper and Quentin J. Cooper. She is survived by; daughter, Beverly Bell (Sonny) Campbell of Pensacola Beach, FL; son, Barry A. (Mary) Bell of Crestview, FL; five grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 20, 2015 at 2 PM at Mack Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held 1 hour prior to service at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Old Cooper Cemetery, Rosinton, AL. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Rosinton United Methodist Church, 26011 County Road 83, Robertsdale, AL 36567. Arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, HWY 59 Robertsdale, AL.
