Everett Orville Rieben (March 10, 1928 - January 29, 2010) Mr. Everett Orville Rieben , age 81, born in Baldwin County and a resident of the Crossroads Community of Bay Minette, AL, died Friday, January 29, 2010 at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope, AL. Mr. Rieben was a retired aircraft assemblyman for Teledyne Continental. He is survived by: His wife: Alice (France) Rieben, Crossroads His brother: Ray Rieben, Crossroads His 2 sisters: Marjorie Verner, Fairhope, AL June Windham, Florence, MS His granddaughter: Lynn Hamm, Pensacola, FL a number of nieces and nephews He was preceded in death by: His daughter: Joy Watson His brother: Albert Rieben The funeral service will be held Monday, February 1, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Durant Chapel Baptist Church with Dr. Henry Cox officiating. Burial will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday, January 31, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home. Although the family will accept flowers, they suggest memorial contributions be made to the Durant Chapel Building Fund, 9551 Highway 138, Bay Minette, AL 36507. The pallbearers are Kenny Rider, Chester Lewis, George Dodd, John Mohler, Benny France and Danny Rieben. RIEBEN Everett Orville Rieben, 81, a native of Baldwin County and a resident of the Crossroads Community of Bay Minette, died Friday, Jan. 29, 2010 at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope. He was a retired aircraft assemblyman for Teledyne Continental. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Joy Watson; and brother, Albert Rieben. Survivors include his wife, Alice France Rieben of Crossroads; brother, Ray Rieben of Crossroads; two sisters, Marjorie Verner of Fairhope and June Windham of Florence, Miss.; one granddaughter, Lynn Hamm of Pensacola, Fla.; a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 1 at Durant Chapel Baptist Church with Dr. Henry Cox officiating. Burial was in the Bay Minette Cemetery. Pallbearers are Kenny Rider, Chester Lewis, George Dodd, John Mohler, Benny France and Danny Rieben. The family requests memorial donations be made to the Durant Chapel Building Fund, 9551 Highway 138, Bay Minette, AL 36507. Arrangements are by Norris Funeral Home, Bay Minette.
