Bio

Daughter of Charles Edgar and Ida Maybelle (Mulkins)Andrews. She first married and divorced Le Roy Owen, before marrying Vades Danford Balch on 14 February 1963. Fern was killed when a logging truck cut the corner between Nevala Road and Butte Hill Road on the Lewis River Road Washington highway 503, east of Woodland on 24 October 1967.
