Bio

Former Fremonter Dies in California Services for Arthur Watt, 64, Modesto, California, are pending there. He died Sunday following an operation. Among the survivors is a sister, Mrs. Frank (Alma) Mastera of Fremont. Mr. Watt, a former Fremonter, was born September 14, 1898, in Howells. Other survivors include the widow, Evelyn; a daughter, Mrs. C. H. (Vivian) Henry of Bakersfield, California; four grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Otto (Stella) Sorensen of Gering and Mrs. A. C. (Adell) Peterson of Englewood, Colorado; and a brother, Andrew Watt of Denver, Colorado. Burial will be at Golden Gate National Cemetery in San Bruno, California, with military services. Published in the Fremont Tribune, Fremont, NE, on March 25, 1963
