Broken Bow resident, 91 BROKEN BOW - Myron Adolph Kleeb, 91, of Broken Bow died Monday, Jan. 26, 2009, at Heritage Hall Nursing Home in Broken Bow. Services were at Broken Bow City Auditorium with Stanley Morrison and Doug Ogden officiating. Burial will be at Broken Bow Cemetery. He was born Feb. 4, 1917, in Round Valley to Adolph and Selma (Knudsen) Kleeb. On March 6, 1946, he married Nerine Whaley. She preceded him in death. Survivors include his son, Charles "Chuck" Kleeb and his wife, Debbie, of Broken Bow; daughter, Margie Kimball and her husband, Mark, of Callaway; sisters, Elaine Erickson of Broken Bow and Ruth Whaley of Salt Lake City; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He attended school in Round Valley. After his schooling, he enlisted in the U.S. Army. He served from 1942 to 1946. He and his wife made their home on the Kleeb family farm. In 1985, the couple moved into Broken Bow. Early in his life, he gave his heart to the Lord and remained faithful to the end of his life. He enjoyed working at wood projects for family and friends. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents; son, Douglas; and brother, Burton. Memorials are suggested to Heritage Hall Nursing Home or a scholarship fund.
