Bio

HAYES Edna B. "Granny" Hayes, 87, a native of Butler County and resident of Loxley, died June 9, 1996. She was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Hayes and a son, Kenny Hayes. Survivors include three daughters, Louise Wall of Navarre, Fla., Helen LaFary of Bargersville, Ind. and Geraldine Smith of Robertsdale; four sons, Robert Hayes of Navarre, Roland Hayes of Mobile, Wayne Hayes of Loxley and Roger Hayes of Robertsdale; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Services were held June 12 at Mack Funeral Home's Robertsdale chapel with Johnny Emerson officiating. Interment was in Hail Memorial Cemetery in Robertsdale.
