Many happy years were spent after retiring in Desert Hot Springs, Calif.                                                                The grandchildren will always remember the mints that Grandma Collins had for them. She made and decorated the gingerbread boy for them every Christmas. She touched many lives with her happy smile and sense of humor. She lived a Christian life and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bingen. She really enjoyed her friends when she was still able to go to the Senior Center in White Salmon.                                                                                                                    About 5.5 years ago, she moved to Selah to live with her daughter and son-in-law.
