Bio

Joseph Uriah Cooper was the youngest son of Louis Jourdan Cooper and Francis Jane Cumbaa. Born in Thomas County, Georgia, his family ultimately settled in Baldwin County, Alabama. Joseph married Lucrecia Sanders on March 11, 1897.
