Cramer Cavett Hegarty 89, passed away Saturday, May 20, 2006 at Lakeview Manor. The youngest of eight children, she was born on Sept. 19, 1916 in Brooklyn, IN to the late Eli Nelson and Nellie Mae (Matthews) Cramer. She was a longtime member of University Heights United Methodist Church. Louise last worked at Policeman's and Fireman's Insurance Company. Prior to that she worked at L.S. Ayres, Washington High School and American Art Clay Company. Survivors include two children, Phillip (Dorothy) Cavett and Peggy (John) Obergfell; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, John Henry Cavett in 1968, and her second husband, John G. Hegarty in 1990. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Tues., May 23, at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Avenue, with visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. on Mon., May 22, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the University Heights United Methodist Church.
