Sandifer, 73, of Monroe will be at 4 p.m. today, Feb. 11, in Hammer Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Terry Bushnell will officiate. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery in West Lake. Mrs. Sandifer, the former Effie Rosalie Bailey, died Wednesday in Caldwell Parish Hospital at Columbia. She was a native of Beauregard Parish. Survivors are her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Doris L. Duke of Monroe, Mrs. Donnie Heard of West Lake and Mrs. Iris Caraway of Columbia; two sons, Bobby L. Sandifer of West Lake and Billy R.
