She was born December 5, 1910 in Bosque County, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Robertson, her parents, Joseph and Lena Loader, two brothers and three sisters. Her survivors are her children, William R. Robertson, Jr. of Comfort, Texas, Michael P. Robertson of Bulverde, Texas and Sylvia A. Turner of Greenville, Texas, as well as grandchildren, Kimberly LaBonte, Ronda Turner, George Turner, Pamela Munnerlyn, Susan Drymala, Leigh Ann Roemer and Michelle Cummins; great grandchildren, Jason LaBonte, Kristen Garrett, Madison Arenas, Sydney Cummins, Steffi Drymala and Daniel Munnerlyn. Sylvia took great pride in her life as a loving wife and mother who made many houses into homes for her family as they moved throughout west and south Texas in the years preceding World War II and afterwards until retirement brought her to her final home in Kerrville. Family visitation will be held Thursday, March 26, 2009, 5:30-6:30 PM at Grimes Funeral Chapels. Funeral services will be held at Trinity Baptist Church at 2:00 PM, Friday, March 27, 2009 officiated by Dr. John Petty. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
