Daughter of Clyde Woodard & Rebecca Marie (Barber) Holmes. Wife of George Washington Fulmer, Sr. Her obituary: Mary Francis Fulmer November 21, 1934 - February 27, 2015 Mrs. Mary F. Fulmer, age 80, of Winnsboro, passed away on Friday, February 27, 2015 in Winnsboro. Mary was born in Winnsboro on November 21, 1934 to the late Clyde W. and Rebecca Barber Holmes. She was a homemaker, and member of the First Assembly of God Church in Quitman. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George W. Fulmer, Sr.; daughter, Mary Jean Fulmer; brother, Carl P. Holmes; and granddaughter, Patti R. Collier. She is survived by six sons, George Fulmer, Jr., of Winnsboro, David Lee Fulmer of Saltillo, Donald Joe Fulmer of Houston, Daniel Ray Fulmer and wife Judith of Winnsboro, Jerry Rex Fulmer and wife Yolanda of Arlington, Tommy Glenn Fulmer and wife Laura of Winnsboro; five daughters, Margie Marie Overstreet and husband Bruce of Pittsburg, Sandra Kay Duncan of Pittsburg, Dicie Mae Sisk of Gilmer, Wanda Lou Sechrist and husband James of Winnsboro, Vickie Louise Wallis and husband James of Winnsboro; brothers, Herman and Troy Holmes of Winnsboro; sister, Betty Jean Holmes of Winnsboro; thirty five grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
