Israel Levi Baxter and Mary Coleman Armstrong had four children; Percy, Lancy, Gene Foster and Aurelia (1898-1930) married Walter Pully; interred this cemetery. The other children are connected. Israel in 1930 was 69, a widower living with son Gene Foster Baxter and wife Sallie.
