Born in Illinois, he had been a Lincoln resident since 1918 and had been a member of St. Paul Evangelical and Reformed Church. Survivors: daughter, Mrs. Amelia Merriman of Lincoln; sisters, Mrs. Eddie Grover of Portland, Ore., and Mrs. Katie Grell and Mrs. Margaret Wills of Omaha; brothers, William and Rick of Humphrey; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Wadlow's. Lincoln Journal Star (NE) Wed, 9 March 1960 Funeral of Frank G. Mintken, 80, of 3266 A, who died Monday will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Wadlow's, the Rev. Arthur J. Crisp officiating. Further services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Zion Lutheran Church, Grand Prairie Township, Platte County, the Rev. Henry Yurk officiating.
