Fabian Sedlacek Dies Fabian Sedlacek, 85, a retired farmer, died Sunday in the Fremont hospital following a short illness. Mr. Sedlacek was born January 20, 1878 in Moravia, Czechoslavakia (sic). He came to America in 1904 and settled near Weston. He farmed in Saunders and Butler counties until his retirement in 1943 when he moved to North Bend. Survivors include his widow, Bohumila; two daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Marie) Nesladek of North Bend and Miss Rose Sherman of Omaha; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral services were Tuesday afternoon at the Moser Funeral Home. The Rev. Leland A. Warren officiated. Music was by Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Diffey. Pallbearers were Frank Zakovec, Frank Sedlacek, Edward Nesladek, Joe Pacas, Louis Benes and Matthew Benes. Interment was in Woodland Cemetery.
