Co. Preceded in death by husband, Howell Thorn, in 1978; two children, Gary Don Thorn and Brenda Jean Thorn; and a grandson, Danny Thorn. Survivors: sons and daughters-in-law, Benny L. and Merlene Thorn, Kenneth and Angy Thorn and Truman and Mary Francis Thorn and Freddie Dale Thorn; daughter and son-in-law, Barbara June and Glenn Sudduth; brother, O.D. Platter; sisters, Ava Cox, Icy Glanton and Eunice Seay of Fredericksburg; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews and other relatives.
