Bio

Son of James Robert & Martha A. (Jacobs) Folmar. Husband of Rachel Marie Covington. Buford was employed by the Soil Conservation Service in Wood County, Texas. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Winnsboro, the Gus Garrison Masonic Lodge for 54 years, and a longtime Scoutmaster with Winnsboro area Scouts.
