Wife of Charles C. Ruiz. ********** Ruiz, Carol Ann Born 8-29-49 departed this life on December 10. Survived by husband Charles, daughter Antoniette Ponewash and husband Darren, son Charles Jr. and wife Perla, son Timothy and wife Sara, mother Anne Jakubik, sisters Margaret Dykes and Kathleen Wheeler and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Preceded in death by father Henry Jakubik and brother Robert Jakubik. She took great joy and pride in her three grandsons: Joshua, Zachary and Daniel. Memorial Service will be at St. Pius X Catholic Church on Dec. 12 at 1:30 pm. Dallas Morning News December 12, 2008
