Texas Marriage records, Ellis Co., Tx: Quincy A. Cooper married Mary Ella Embry, 5-5-1901, Waxahachie. 2-15-1906 Dallas (TX) News, p. 12 Midlothian, Tex., Feb. 14 - Quincy Cooper died here last week from hemorrhage of the lungs. Mr. Cooper was raised here, was a young man and a carpenter by trade. During the Spanish-American War he enlisted at Dallas and went to Manila, but was discharged on account of bad health. Since then he has been a pensioner from the Government.
