Bio

Joseph A. Rogers, 80, of Waco, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2009, at a local hospital. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 4, at Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Suzanne Smith officiating. Following his wishes, he will be cremated. Mr. Rogers was born in Rogers Hill, Texas, to Percy and Rosa (Sulak) Rogers. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp. and was a farmer and rancher most of his life.
