Travis Joel Linton was the oldest child of Marvin Travis Linton and Nellie Ruth Sowers Linton. Travis had the following siblings: Florence Rosella Linton Collier, Martin Luther Linton, Retha Linton Chatham, Marvin Rudolph Linton, Majory "Margie" Ruth Linton Johnson. Travis was married to Eloise Jackson (died Feb 2000). They had a daughter.
