The Banner Press Marble Hill, MO November 9, 1950 Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Seiler, 78 years old, who died Sunday night at St. Mary's Hospital in St. Louis were held Wednesday at St. John's Catholic Church at Leopold, by Rev. Henry W. Wiessman; and burial was in the church cemetery. Mrs. Seiler had been a patient at St. Mary's Hospital where her daughter is a Sister. The body was brought to Leopold Monday and to the old Seiler home now owned by a daughter, Mrs. Ben Vandeven. Mrs. Seiler was formerly Miss Annie Thele and was married to Joe Seiler who died several years ago. Of fifteen children born to the couple, eleven survive. A daughter, Mrs. John Terbrock of St. Louis died a month ago. Mrs. Elmer Roesener, another daughter, died a few years ago, two children died in infancy. Among the surviving children are two sons: Martin and Elmer Seiler and a daughter, Mrs. Ben Vandeven, all of Leopold. There are two brothers residing in St. Louis and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
