Ruth was born to Carl L. and Laura (Eubanks) Tucker November 22, 1934 in Van Zandt County, Texas. She grew up in Garrett, Texas and attended Ennis Schools, graduating from Ennis High School in 1952. On July 9, 1952, she married Robert Lee Kasper. They made their home first in Paris, Texas, then moved to Arlington, Texas in 1960, then to Dallas in 1966. Ruth was a member of the Baptist Church and was a Coordinator for the Reunions of the EHS Class of 1952. Ruth is survived by one son, Brian Kasper, and his girlfriend, Erica Adams, of Rockwall, Texas; two daughters: Brenda Ann Seago, of Dallas, Texas and Lisa, and her husband, Doyle Romines, of Waxahachie, Texas; three sisters: Gay Nell Collins, of Bardwell, Texas, Doris Rogers, of New Braunfels, Texas, and Una Rae Mahaley, of Waxahachie, Texas; five grandchildren: David Seago, Lacey Phenis, John Romines, Megan Kasper and Blake Kasper and four great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Kasper (April 27, 1992). Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2009 in the Ennis Keever Chapel. Interment will be in Myrtle Cemetery, under the direction of J. E. Keever Mortuary, Inc. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, February 23, 2009 in the Ennis Keever Chapel. Pallbearers: John Romines, Scott Phenis, Blake Kasper, David Seago, Greg Mahaley and Pat Keliher.
