March 30, 1989 The Galveston Daily News from Galveston, Texas · Page 4 Blanche Ruth Dean SAN ANTONIO — Blanche Ruth "Reifel" Dean, 83, of San Antonio, died Tuesday at San Antonio. Services will be 10 a.m. today at the Broadway Funeral Home in Galveston. The Rev. Emil Furlong will officiate. Burial will follow at Old Catholic Cemetery in Galveston. Born Sept. 9, 1905, in Galveston, she is survived by daughters Ruth Marie Kivch of La Marque, Joyce Elaine Giblin of San Antonio and Yvonne Macik of Galveston; 13 grandchildren; and 20 great- grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Jack Richard Kivch, John William Giblin, Stuart G. Macik, Gregory Scott Macik, Lee Townsend, Daniel J Kivch, Eddie Giblin and Jack R. Kivch Jr.
