Irene M (Goertzen) Pede 66, of Grand Forks, ND Passed away peacefully on Monday, March 12, 2007 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks ND with family by her side. Irene was born to Elsie and Jacob Goertzen on August 5th, 1940 in Cando ND. She was raised in Alsen ND and graduated from High school there in 1958. As a young lady, she played basketball and enjoyed roller skating. She married David L. Pede on November 13, 1965 in Grand Forks, ND She is preceded in death by: Parents Elsie and Jacob Goertzen and Husband David Pede. Funeral Monday March 19, 2007, 2:00 p.m. at Amundson Funeral Home
