Bio
Arthur was the brother of Osby Crammer Stephens, (DOB 1900 - DOD ukn) and Emma Pauline Stephens (DOB 12/22/1891 - DOD 7/22/1972), who are both buried at Beebe Cemetery in White County, Arkansas. They were the children of Samuel Ruffin Stephens, (DOB 3/-/1871 - DOD 1960) and Nancy Caroline Hinson, (DOB 4/-/1874 - DOD 1939), place of burial unknown, they were the grandchildren of Ruffin Sanders Stephens, (DOB 11/18/1831 - DOD 10/13/1920), and Nancy Ann Barber, (DOB 11/5/1833 - DOD 5/25/1911), they were the great grandchildren of James Calvin Stephens, (DOB 1802 - DOD bet 1880&1900) and Mary M. Manier, (DOB 1806 - DOD 1880), all of whom are buried at the Stephens Cemetery in Perry County, near Linden, Tennessee.
