Daughter of Charles and Sidney (Bucklew) Shockey Wife of I. W. Myers, Sr. OBITUARY : MRS. SARAH R. MYERS, 71, died Saturday at her residence here. Born June 10, 1893, in Hardy County, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Sidney (Bucklew) Shockey. She is survived by two sons, I. W. Myers, Jr. and Earl Myers, both of Moorefield, three daughters. Mrs. Rachel Hose, Bluemont, Va., and Mrs. Henry Helmick and Mrs. Laura Shears, both of Moorefield: a brother, William Shockey, Moorefield, and five grandchildren. The body is at the Thrush Funeral Home, where services will be conducted Tuesday at 11 a.m. Pastor Nellie Kight will officiate and interment will be in Bethel Cemetery, near Old Fields.
