CLAUDES PARENT'S were EARL AUGUST and MABLE CLARA BURNS HAMON. He had 5 sister's EARLENE,INA MARIE, BESSIE, JUANITA, WANDA and 3 brother's OSCAR, KENNETH AND GLEN. CLAUDE graduated from REYDON HIGH SCHOOL in OKLAHOMA and then served 3 year's in the US ARMY during the KOREAN WAR. HE MARRIED JOYCE JOHNSON IN LONGVIEW, WASHINGTON ON MAY 20,1953. They had 2 SONS JIM AND BOB, CLAUDE WORKED FOR THE U.S.BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT AS A CADASTRAL SURVEYOR. HE SURVEYED IN MANY WESTERN STATES BEFORE BECOMING A SUPERVISOR OF LAND SURVEYORS FOR THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. CLAUDE passed away as a result of a fall from a ladder..
