Luevern's father is Jake Rhoades, who married her mother, Ethel, In 1900 in Texas. They had 2 children, Luevern (b. 1900) and Cecil (b. 1905). Ethel married 2nd to George W. Parks in 1907 in Oklahoma. Her half-sister is Nora Parks Gregory Redwine Stanley, Memorial ID # 178172865.
