Parents; Jesse Thomas and Margaret Jane Burleson Weatherly husband: Espy Elliott Street; married February 6, 1889 children: Joe Thomas Street, Zephaniar Franklin Street, and William Elliott Street. Charity Weatherly was born May 25, 1966 in Marion County, AL to Jesse Thomas and Margaret Burleson Weatherly. She died March 12, 1900 in Tippah County, MS. and is buried in Antioch cemetery. She died of Tuberculosis and inherited disease. Her grandmother and seversl other family members had died of TB. Then her youngest son, William, was discharged from the army with TB and when Williams youngest son, Troy was called to the army, he was diagnosed with TB when he was examined. Several family members have had lung problems - Asthma, pneumonia etc during their lifetime.
