Bio

Billie Thomas Shelton, 80, Falkner, died March 25, 1982 in Tippah County Hospital. He was a native of Tippah County, a retired carpenter and a member of the Primitive Baptist Church. He was a former city clerk of Ripley. Services were March 26, at 3 pm in McBride Funeral HOme Chapel with burial in Antioch Cemetery. Survivors include his wife Trannie Street Shelton; one sister, Angie Collier. He was preceded in death by six sons, Ward, Allen, Rodney, twins, and Fletcher.
