Mrs. Cora Lucille Hosek, 91, passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2008 at Ennis Care Center. She was born on November 16, 1916 to parents Walter Osborne and Myrtle Webb Osborne in Warsaw, Texas. She was raised in Crisp, Texas and graduated from Crisp High School in 1935. On December 7, 1936 she married Marvin Hosek and they made their home in Crisp. She was a member of the Baylor Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for 30 years. She is survived by her sons: Donald Hosek of Ennis and Tommy Hosek of Tampa, Florida; two sisters: Billie Snoffer of Ennis and Dean Davis of Vancouver, Washington. She is preceded in death by her Husband, Marvin Hosek, her parents and one son, Marvin E. Hosek. "Don't worry about me. I have overcome death through Christ. I will see you all in Heaven." Services will be held Wednesday October 29, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Baylor Baptist Church. Rev. Johnnie Mansell will officiate. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 6-8 p.m. in Keever Chapel. Interment will be at Myrtle Cemetery under direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary
