Bio

He was born and lived all of his life in OKC, where he worked for the City Street Right of Way Land Acquisition Commission and was a member of the Church of God. He was a former investigator on the county attorney's staff. Surviors include his wife Lucille, two sons Arthur & James. One daughter Mrs Mary Black. Four brothers George, Harry, Jack & Charles. Three sisters Mrs Meredith McGuire, Mrs Katheryn Northrup and Mrs Emma Grimes.
