Bio

Mrs. Anna Gussie Scott was married to Mr. Scott at the age of 18. To this union five boys and two girls were born. She died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Will Sliger in Breckenridge. She professed religion and joined the Baptist Church. Her body was brought to Iredell and taken to the home of her daughter, Mrs. Albert Hensley. Services were held in the Iredell Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Kirchner of Meridian. Surviving are her children, an aged mother, two brothers, and one sister.
