The El Reno American El Reno, Oklahoma 27 Feb 1964, Thu • Page 5 Cooksey Rites Held Monday Funeral service for Ralph Cooksey, El Reno route 3, retired farmer who died at his home Friday, were 10:30 a. m. Monday in Wilson funeral home chapel with Rev. C. Reese Porter, pastor of the First Christian church, officiating. Burial was El Reno cemetery under the direction of Wilson funeral home. Mr. Cooksey was born Nov. 15, 1897, east of El Reno and was a lifetime county resident. He was a member of the Canadian county farm Bureau. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Jean, of the home; a son, Kenneth Ray, of the home; three brothers, Harry, 127 North El Reno; Karl, 215 North Rock Island; and Ed, El Reno route 3; and a number of nieces and nephews.
