Mary Francis Moffett married Hamilton Laughlin on December 13, 1884 in Lawrence County, Illinois. Children included Lawrence E. and Rex Laughlin and Nellie Opal (Laughlin) Moore * * * * * * * * * * MRS. MARY FRANCES LAUGHLIN DIES AFTER LONG ILLNESS Mrs. Mary Frances Laughlin died this morning at 8 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Donald Moore of south of Bridgeport. She was born in Connersville Ind., April 22, 1864, and was the widow of Hamilton Laughlin. She was a member of the Pisgah Presbyterian church. Five children survive: Mrs. J. H. Roughan of Vincennes, William M. Laughlin and Lawrence E. Laughlin of Bridgeport, Rex Laughlin of Sumner and Mrs. Donald Moore; one brother, John Moffett and a sister, Mrs. Ella Grout of the state of Oregon. The body will lie in state at the Fessant Funeral Home until the hour of the funeral. Other arrangements have not been completed at this time.
