Husband of Mary Ruth (Ray) Brown; Son of Wallace Eugene & Allie Douglas (Turner) Brown Services were to be held at 2 p.m. Today at the Corley Funeral. The Rev. Richard Moody and the Rev. B. F. Risinger, Jr. Were to officiate. Burial was to have been in Pattison Cemetery. Brown was born April 2, 1901, in Navarro County. He was a retired rancher and farmer and was the son of the late Mr. And Mrs. Wallace Brown. Survivors include his wife, Fay; two sons, Bruce Brown, of Ennis and James Brown of Corsicana; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; five brothers, C. H. Brown, of Brownfield, Douglas Brown, of Dumas, W. O. Brown, of California; Gerald Brown, of Ennis, Merrell Brown, of Corsicana; and two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Carr, of Dallas, and Mrs. Loraine MacCaughtry, of California. Pallbearers will be C. G. Winn, Frank Seely, Jr., Kenneth Ray, Elzie Armstrong, Clint Bell, and Homer McNabb.
